We have been operating since 1978 with the principle and enthusiasm of “Acting in goodwill, honesty and dignity, manufacturing with quality, continuously improving our production and management approach by respecting law and providing an increasing added value to the nation’s economy”.
In 1998, our different companies operating mainly in the automotive supplier industry until that date merged under the umbrella of Erkurt Holding. In 2020, our 6 production companies operating under the umbrella of Erkurt Holding merged under Formfleks Otomotiv Yan Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. What is expected from this reorganization is that Formfleks, as a strong automotive subsidairy industry company, will become a preferred brand not only in our country but also in international markets. Today, Erkurt Holding continues its activities with its 6 subsidiaries and Alptemoçin-Bekler Foundation for Education and Industrial Development that it supports.
After this reorganization, Erkurt Holding has turned to the target of creating and developing cooperation with distinguished institutions that operate in different sectors in line with its vision of “Being Global”. These collaborations will certainly continue to provide added values to the nation’s economy with the beneficial business models as we stated in our mission.
Erkurt Holding will continue to add value to the industry, human, society and the future by using all the opportunities offered by technology with its ever-improving efficiency approach and quality standard in all existing subsidiaries and subsidiaries that will be newly established through The Sustainable Erkurt Management and Manufacturing System that it has developed.
