Erkurt Holding celebrated its 40th year with its employees and their families. Chairman \u00c2li Kerem Alptemo\u00e7in stated that they would pass the flag to the next generations without compromising on the values. Sunay Ak\u0131n and \u0130lhan \u015ee\u015fen\u2019s performances at the end of the ceremony received great appreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Erkurt Holding, which has been shaping the Turkish automotive supplier industry since 1978, organized an event for its 40th anniversary. The ceremony was held in Tofa\u015f Indoor Sports Centre and Erkurt Holding Founder and Honorary President Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in and Board Members have participated to the event with their spouses while Formfleks CEO Naz\u0131m Serhatl\u0131, Erkurt\u2019s executive managers, customers, solution partners and the leading names of business and community have also attended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event, Erkurt Holding Founder and Honorary President Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in made a speech. Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in said, \u201cI get happy every time I see this incredible progress of 40 years. Easier said than done\u2026 We progressed with patience and sacrifice in this journey we have started 40 years ago with belief and confidence. Our corporate culture, vision and mission has become the light that illuminates our path\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Indicating that the investments will continue in full speed after thanking everyone who contributed to Erkurt Holding’s long journey, Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in stated that success in the automotive industry was achieved through trust-driven relationships. Alptemo\u00e7in continued: \u201cOur valuable employees are the esteemed members of this great family. We progressed with patience and sacrifice. In this journey we have started with \u2018belief and confidence\u2019. Our solution partners we have grown together with mutual trust have a great deal in this success. In the automotive industry, where we laid the foundations and served for 40 years in Turkey, issues such as \u201ctarget-oriented work, sustainability, transparency, technology and investment in human resources\u201d were the main elements of our management approach. We will continue to lead with the same understanding, determination and responsibility in order to carry Erkurt Holding to generations to come. As we have made our slogan, \u2018Together and Forever\u2019 we will work even harder\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the last part of his speech, Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in had emotional moments while remembering the late Recep Bekler whom he called my dear friend and brother. Alptemo\u00e7in said \u201cDon\u2019t be worried Mr. Recep… We are continuing this journey we started 40 years ago with our children and all members of Erkurt Family with the \u2018enthusiasm and success of the first day\u2019. I hope this is the first day of 40 years to come\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, \u00c2li Kerem Alptemo\u00e7in said that \u201cWhen I started working in Erkurt companies 21 years ago as a board member, I was 27. Maybe I was inexperienced but I had dreams and goals. A long time has passed since then, now I have even bigger dreams. Despite everything that has changed in the world and in our country\u2026 The most important thing is that all my dreams and goals somehow pass through Erkurt\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pointing out that they will be stronger in the competition by setting new goals, Alptemo\u00e7in said, \u201cChange can be frightening to some. I find it more exciting. Therefore, I dream bigger and set new goals both for myself and for our companies. We will change, develop and become stronger and faster in this race. We will work hard to pass the flag given to us to future generations without sacrificing our own values\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While success awards were presented for those working over 15, 20, 25 and 30 years or more within the scope of the celebrations where Erkurt employees had a good time, gifts were given to children who were successful in the painting contest with the theme of \u2018Friendship and Unity\u2019 organised for the third time this year within the scope of Erkurt Holding Culture and Art Activities. Valuable photos were awarded in \u201cErkurt in the Memories\u201d Photograph Contest, which was organised specifically for the 40th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The biggest award of the event was presented to Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in by the Board of Directors. The collaboration of Alptemo\u00e7in and Bekler families, which started in the early 1970s which employed thousands of employees, has found meaning again with a foundation. Alptemo\u00e7in-Bekler Industrial Development and Education Foundation will support families in need in the education of their children. The foundation will support superior children in order to enable them to participate in the industrial life and to be guided correctly while providing comprehensive advisor services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
