As Erkurt family, we have gathered in the 41st anniversary of Erkurt Holding which has come this far with great efforts and sacrifices since 1978.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony was held on December 24 with the participation of our Founder and Honorary President Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in, Chairman \u00c2li Kerem Alptemo\u00e7in, Vice Chairman Mert Bekler, Board Members Mesut Bekler and Sevim Beksa\u00e7 Karaka\u015f as well as Formfleks CEO Dr. Naz\u0131m Serhatl\u0131, our office staff and shift supervisors at Erkurt Holding and companies, consultants and the employees who were deemed worthy of a seniority award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The night started off with the opening speech of our Founder and Honorary President Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in and an Erkurt Holding introductory film, our Chairman \u00c2li Kerem Alptemo\u00e7in shared the renewed organisational structure of Erkurt Holding, which has achieved significant success with its integrated production companies for more than 40 years, Sustainable Erkurt Management and Manufacture System (SEY\u0130S) and the 2020 roadmap for the journey to become a global brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, Alptemo\u00e7in started by summarising the past and present of the Turkish automotive industry; he said, \u201cWe never felt the winds of change as strong as today\u201d and explained how this change will be realised under the guidance of question \u201cHow?\u201d. He underlined that, in this period where digital transformation, industry 4.0 etc. concepts are integrated into daily life, those who do not catch change do not have a chance to survive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Chairman explained his vision regarding Erkurt Holding; \u201cI have a dream. As a structure that has completed its institutionalisation processes, whose shares are traded on the stock market, preferred as an FSS (Full System Supplier) in the international platform and has created a market diversity, surely we will become a global brand and deliver the duty given to us by our Founder and Honorary President Mr. Ahmet Kurtcebe Alptemo\u00e7in\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said that the necessary roadmap to become a global brand is Sustainable Erkurt Management and Manufacture System (SEY\u0130S) and explained in detail the structure of this system for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indicating that the merger of our 5 affiliated companies under our holding’s flagship Formfleks was completed, Alptemo\u00e7in told that this is a great opportunity to develop our organisational skills and that this merger will generate a kinetic energy from potential energy. After evaluating the new organisational structure, he finished his speech by saying, \u201cWe are setting out to succeed, as Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk guided us, and we will surely succeed\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing with the award ceremony of employees who were deemed worthy of a seniority award, the night has come to an end after live music performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
